Before we start this taster lesson it is important for you to understand what you think the subject of Individuals and Societies is. 

Individuals and Societies is a subject that '...encourages learners to respect and understand the world around them, and equips them with the necessary skills to inquire into historical, geographical, social, economic and cultural factors that affect individual societies and environments." (IBO 2014).

    • A blow up globe will be passed around the room and if it is passed to you please say your name and something you think you might study within I&S.
