This is an exciting new course which began September 2017, with the first exams being taken in May 2019. It is not a new course but one that I personally think is fun and relevant.

WEIGHTINGS
STANDARD LEVEL STUDENTS
SL Paper One - 1 hour and 30 minutes in length (2 geographic themes) - 40 marks - 35%
SL Paper Two - 1 hour and 15 minutes in length - 50 marks - 40 %
SL Internatl Assessment - 25 marks - 25%
HIGHER LEVEL STUDENTS
HL Paper One - 2 hours and 15 minutes in length (3 geographic theme) - 60 marks - 35%
HL Paper Two - 1 hour in length - 50 marks - 25 %
HL Paper Three - 28 marks - 20%
SL Internal Assessment - 25 marks - 20%
COVID YEAR - WEIGHTINGS

SL Paper One - 45 minutes in length (1 geographic theme) - 20 marks - 25%
SL Paper Two - 1 hour in length (no extended response question) - 40 marks - 40 %
